Rules for using Rivopost if you run a Telegram channel or a newsroom.

Updated: 31 August 2026

By using rivopost.com and the dashboard app.rivopost.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Rivopost is a cloud service for source monitoring, preparing content with AI, planning, and automatic publishing to the channels you connect.

2. Registration and the account

  • you agree to give a real email and keep the password safe;
  • you are responsible for everything done under your account;
  • we may suspend access if these Terms are broken or we suspect abuse.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to text and media you upload or generate in the Service. By providing content, you let us store and process it so the Service can work, including publishing to the channels you choose.

You may not use the Service to:

  • distribute illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content;
  • infringe other people’s rights or the rules of platforms (Telegram, MAX, and others);
  • spam, inflate metrics, or automate actions outside the stated features.

4. Plans and payment

Current plans are on the pricing page. A paid period is not refunded pro rata unless the law or a separate agreement says otherwise.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running, and we do not promise there will be no downtime. Features may change. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the dashboard.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for a lost audience or revenue caused by publishing-platform failures, errors in content, or the actions of third parties.

7. Ending use

You can delete the account at any time. We may end access for a material breach of these Terms, with notice beforehand when that is possible.

8. Governing law and contacts

Disputes are resolved under the applicable law. Questions about these Terms: hello@rivopost.com, the contacts page.
