Rivopost

Privacy policy

How Rivopost collects, uses, and protects your data in the autoposting service and the channel dashboard.

Updated: 31 August 2026

This privacy policy describes how Rivopost (the “Service”) handles personal data. The Service is available at rivopost.com and in the dashboard app.rivopost.com.

1. What we collect

  • your email address and account details when you sign up;
  • project settings, connected channels, and publishing options;
  • tokens and identifiers for messenger integrations (Telegram, MAX, and others) that autoposting needs;
  • draft text, the content plan, and uploaded media;
  • technical data: IP address, browser type, and an activity log in the Service.

2. Why we use the data

We process data only to:

  • provide the Service (source monitoring, draft generation, publishing);
  • support users and send notices about the Service;
  • improve the product and keep it secure;
  • meet legal requirements.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, payment systems) and publishing platforms, only as far as the Service needs, or when the law requires it.

4. Storage and protection

Data is stored on protected servers. Bot tokens and sensitive integration settings are encrypted. Only authorized staff can access the data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep data while the account is active and for a reasonable time after you delete it — for backups, disputes, and legal duties.

6. Your rights

You can:

  • ask for a copy of your data or a correction;
  • delete the account in the dashboard or by writing to support;
  • withdraw consent to processing where the law allows it.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies for sign-in, saved settings, and visit analytics. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.

8. Contacts
